Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Electors for the 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ will be held on Tuesday 6 December 2016 at 5pm in Chambers at the City’s offices, Cathedral Avenue.

Electors may submit questions in writing to the Chief Executive Officer relating to the meeting, no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 1 December 2016 in order that adequate responses may be prepared and given at the meeting.   

The Annual Report 2015/16 and General Purpose Financial Statements will be available for inspection at the 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Cathedral Avenue office and Mullewa District office during normal office hours. 

The Agenda will be available on the 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ’s website on Friday 2 December 2016.
