If you are reporting a pothole on one of the state controlled roads listed below, please use Main Roads WA's online form
- Brand Highway
- North West Coastal Highway
- Geraldton-Mount Magnet Road (within the Mullewa townsite some sections are known as Gray Street and Maitland Road)
- John Willcock Link
- Wubin-Mullewa Road
- Geraldton-Walkaway Road (or commonly known as Edward Road)
